RETURNS POLICY
We gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Return items back within: 14 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalised orders

Perishable products (like food or flowers)

Digital downloads

Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please see our FAQ for more information on returns.
**Delivery Policy** **Effective Date:**27/03/2025
We are committed to ensuring that your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our delivery policy carefully to understand our procedures and your rights.
1. Delivery Areas - We currently deliver World Wide, if you cannot see you Country when trying to place an order, please send us a message on the chat feature and we can help you.
2. Delivery Times - Orders are typically processed within 5 business days - Standard delivery usually takes 2-5 business days. - Expedited delivery options are available for an additional fee and can be arranged, please send us a message if you would like to upgrade your delivery.
Wholesale Delivery - These delivery times do not apply for All Bare Cosmetics Unbranded products. Wholesale deliveries are usually around 2-3 weeks during normal periods and 5-6 weeks during holiday periods (such as Christmas). When we receive your order we will get in contact with you and give you an estimated time it will take to complete your order. Also, it's worth noting that lack of communication from the client can also delay delivery times.
3. Order Tracking - Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.
4. Delivery Charges- Standard delivery is £4.50 and free for orders over £150 - Expedited delivery will incur an additional charge depending on the selected service.
5. Missed Deliveries - If you are not available at the time of delivery: - The delivery personnel will leave a notice for you. - You may need to arrange for re-delivery or pick it up from a designated location as indicated on the notice. We cannot be held responsible for any delivery which has been left in a safe place which has been arranged by you and the local courier. Unless you state a safe place at check out
6. Delivery Issues - If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service team at allbarecosmetics@gmail.com. We will investigate the issue and provide updates as soon as possible.
7. Damaged or Missing Items - If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
8. Changes to Delivery Policy - We reserve the right to modify this delivery policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
